  • How often should I train?
In order to gain the most benefit out of Vibration Training and increase your chances of losing weight & getting toned we recommend at least 3 times per week, trying to leave a day in between if possible.
  • What should I wear?
Loose comfortable clothing and either trainers or socks (we use foam mats on the equipment if no shoes are worn).
  • Should I eat before my session?
You should aim to eat food with carbohydrates 2-4 hours prior to your exercise session & lean protein after your session. Being hydrated is important for vibration training, aim to hydrate 2-4 hours before your session.
  • How much does it cost?
The prices vary depending on which sessions you attend, they can be as little as £3 per session if joined on the monthly pass. If you are a new customer you can take advantage of our new customer offer.
  • Can I train if I am post operation?
Vibration training at Vibrocise can be a great opportunity to get yourself back into shape following an operation as the plates can be set at an intensity level to suit you. Kara and the team will work with you to establish the best exercise programme to meet your goals, these could be weight loss, toning or just to generally get your body moving again whilst you recover.
  • Is Vibrocise Studios child friendly?
At Vibrocise Studios we try to make the experience as accessible and flexible as possible. Some of our clients bring in their young babies who often fall asleep to the sound of the plates. Have a chat with Kara and the team before you come in and we will do our best to accommodate you.
